How do I contact you with any enquiries?

Please feel free to contact me by using the 'Contact Us' page which can be found at the bottom left of our website/home page if you have any questions, enquiries or messages relating to your order.

Can I have a bespoke/commissioned piece made to my own specification and requirements?

Absolutely! There are so many more design options available and you can ask me to make something you designed yourself or we can work together to create something truly unique and personal to the recipient. Use our 'Contact Us' section to make your enquiry.

Is there an extra cost to have a bespoke/commissioned piece made to order?

Not at all. I’m happy to discuss your requirements and work with you to create the perfect gift. Contact me with your requirements and once you have placed your order.

How do I know whether my personalisation requirements will fit within the frames design?

I will do my best to make sure all your wording, names and dates etc are incorporated into the design well, but if you are concerned please feel free to contact me before placing your order to check if your wording is too much etc. However, if you place your order, I will also contact you if I feel the wording is too much within the frame, so we can come to a sensible compromise before dispatching the frame to you.

If an item doesn’t offer any personalisation, can it be added and how?

In most cases yes, but please contact me and I can advise you on what I can add to your frame and how.

Sizing details

What size is gift going to be?

Within the written information for each item I have confirmed the sizing of each design for your reference. Most of the framed gifts are no bigger than 25cm x 25cm (unless it's a bespoke order).

Can I request a specific size frame?

Yes of course you can. I more than happy to have your input into your order, and I will always advise as to whether the size will work depending on which design you have ordered and your particular requirements.

Will my frame be able to hang on a wall or is it standalone?

On each item on my shop I have specified within the information as to whether or not it can only be hung on a wall, or is standalone only, or can do both.

Care instructions

How do I care for my gift once I’ve received it?

That's easy! It's minimal! There really isn't anything you need to do as each frame is packaged well and I would advise to keep the frame wrapped in it clear cellophane protective layer, and gift it with this still on. It will protect it from getting dirty or dusty and keep it in pristine condition for the recipient. If the frame is for you, then unwrap completely and display in your favourite spot in your home and enjoy!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Does my frame come gift wrapped?

No. I ensure each order is wrapped so that it arrives safely to you in bubble wrap etc, but unless you have added the ‘Gift wrap’ option on my page, you item will not be gift wrapped and ready to give to the recipient.

How will I receive my order?

All orders are carefully wrapped so they arrive safely to you using bubble wrap etc, and then place in a cardboard box for postage. Where possible I try to use as much eco-friendly packing materials as possible, but it’s not always possible.

If you added the ‘Gift Wrap’ option to your order then your frame will be beautifully wrapped in colour co-ordinating (to your frame) tissue/wrapping paper and finished with ribbon, and your card message will be neatly handwritten and attached the front of the parcel.

Postage and delivery

How is my order delivered?

I will post your order as soon as it is ready, and I always try to post it as soon as possible. It will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class, however if you would prefer Royal Mail 1st Class, then please message me, and I’d be more than happy to do that at a small additional cost.
